On April 4, we are bringing the spirit of a Swedish Easter to Nor/ma Grand in the form of a buffet-style afternoon meal. Spring flavours, festive dishes, a slower-paced afternoon, and a shared table.

– Boiled pork ham with freshly grated horseradish and chives (gluten- and lactose-free)

– Pickled egg with wasabi yolk (gluten- and lactose-free)
– Seasonal sweet braided bun with ginger golden raisin cream
